Dallas International Piano Competition

The Dallas International Piano Competition is presented by the Dallas Chamber Symphony and held biennially in June.

The event is comprised of two separate, but concurrently running parts; 1) an international “Pro” competition for classically trained performers aged 18 to 35 (inclusive) who are ready to launch a solo career, and 2) a “Youth” festival of performances and masterclasses for those aged 15 to 18 (inclusive) and residing in Texas, who have reached an advanced level of performance on their instrument.

Performers who are interested in participating in either the competition or the youth masterclasses can review the guidelines for their respective program. The application and preliminary audition process for each program is processed entirely online.
